Individual counseling is based on collaboration between you and your counselor in a supportive and confidential environment.
Our counselors are Licensed Counselors and Master level counseling students who work under the supervision of a licensed counselor.
Depending on your needs, we can offer brief counseling consisting of as few as three to five sessions, or we can provide long-term counseling that will last anywhere from several months to several years.
The sessions are typically scheduled once a week and last 45-60 minutes.
