Anger Management Program

The program is ongoing and consists of ten 1.5-hour sessions. Prior to attending the group sessions each client has to meet individually with a counselor for the assessment/intake/orientation session.

Program sessions utilize: lectures, video materials, handouts, quizzes, group discussions, in-class exercises and homework assignments.

GOALS OF THE PROGRAM :
  • To understand anger and those areas in life that are likely to perpetuate anger
  • To learn to manage emotions, thoughts, and actions
  • To become more responsible
  • To develop support system and have healthy relationships
  • To stop violence

PRICING:
  • Ten 1.5-hour Anger Management group sessions
    (assessment/intake/orientation included)
  • Sliding fee scale is available for clients who are unable to pay the full price
  • Individual Anger Management sessions available
